The Showing Up Learning team gathered for a workshop

Our commitment is to create learning that people remember, use, and carry into their work every day.

In the past two years, we have been honoured to have received 100% positive feedback from our clients.

Different Worlds,
Same Challenges

Showing Up has its roots in both humanitarian and business environments. Members of our founding team began leading workshops in humanitarian crises across the globe, working alongside teams facing complex challenges under intense pressure, often with limited time and resources.

In these environments, the stakes were high, and decisions carried immense significance. The way people thought, communicated, and worked together made a real difference. Some of this work even reached the front pages of the national press.

These experiences shaped how we think about learning. It needs to be practical, human-centred, and able to stand up in the moments that matter most.

Solving Complex
Commercial Challenges

At the same time, our team were working with organisations across the commercial world, supporting them through a wide range of complex challenges.

This included declining sales performance, large-scale culture change, redesigning retail experiences, scaling fast-growing businesses, improving customer relationships, and navigating organisational transformation.

Our role was consistent. To help people develop the traits, behaviours, skills, and ways of thinking needed to become trusted partners to their clients. The environments were different, but the underlying challenge was the same. Helping people think clearly, act with purpose, and show up well when it matters.

Solve the Ingenuity Gap

Consultants are hired to make things better — to solve problems that others cannot. To help organisations move forward when the path is not obvious. But the world they are working in is becoming more complex by the day.

The gap between the challenges organisations face and the ability to solve them is growing. Not because people do not care, but because the thinking, judgement, and behaviours required are becoming more demanding. Our first mission is to close that gap.

We do this by helping consultants strengthen their thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration and commercial capability. So they can navigate complexity with confidence, ask better questions, and make a more meaningful difference to their clients.

The gap between the challenges organisations face and the ability to solve them is growing. Our mission is to close it.

Open Access to Opportunity

We believe access to high-quality education should not depend on background, circumstance, or financial means. Too many people with potential are held back, not by a lack of ability, but by a lack of opportunity. Through our foundation, we work to open that access.

For every member of your team that we work with, we create opportunities for young people who would not otherwise have access to meaningful learning and development. This includes practical skills, real-world thinking, and the confidence to step into work and contribute.

Our focus is to help people build the skills, mindset, and belief they need to move into employment and create better futures for themselves. And you can join us in this work.

For every person we train, we create opportunity for a young person who would not otherwise have access.
